For villas and houses with a pool
Villa Management
We take on the property as a whole. You have one contact person, and we organise cleaning, linen, pool, garden, guest welcome and repairs.
We agree the scope of work for each property and confirm it in a written quote. Guest changeovers are charged per changeover, everything else by the agreed scope.
- Cleaning at every guest changeover and deep cleaning before and after the season
- Washing and preparing linen and towels

- Welcoming and seeing off guests, communication during the stay
- Pool, garden and grounds maintenance
- Reporting faults and organising repairs. You approve the cost of tradespeople and materials before the repair.
For villas, apartments and smaller properties
Guest changeover
We arrive after the guests leave and hand the property over ready for the next arrival. Dates are agreed in advance for the whole season or as needed.
The price is calculated per changeover. Cleaning a small apartment costs €80, which is also the minimum charge per visit.
