Prices and what they include
Cleaning prices are published. Anything charged on top of them is stated in the quote before we start.

| Cleaning after guests | €23 | per hour, per cleaner |
| Cleaning a small apartment | €80 | one bedroom and a kitchen |
| Minimum charge per visit | €80 | applies even when the job is shorter |
Prices are final, in euros. The company is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. Example: two cleaners work for three hours, so the price is 2 × 3 × €23 = €138.

| Villa Management | By the scope of work for your property. Guest changeovers are charged per changeover. |
| Guest changeover with linen | A price per changeover, based on the size of the property and the number of beds. |
| Pool, garden and grounds | By size and how often they are maintained. |
| Travel | By distance to the property. The amount is stated in the quote before work starts. |
| Windows, carpets, stairwells | By area and condition, after a visit or photos. |
Included in the price
- The work of our staff
- Equipment and cleaning products
Not included in the price
- Consumables for guests
- Linen washing, unless it is part of the quote
- Labour and materials of outside tradespeople for repairs
- Travel to the property
Each of these items, if it applies to you, is stated in the quote with its amount.
No hidden costs
- Before work starts you receive a written quote with the scope and the price.
- The invoice lists only items from the quote.
- We do extra work only if you approve it in advance.
- Cancelling up to 24 hours before the appointment is free.

Payment is by bank transfer. We issue an invoice for every service.
