Check In manages villas and holiday homes and cleans apartments, houses and business premises in Starigrad Paklenica and Zadar County.
Owners agree the scope of work with us, and we organise the people, the dates and the materials.
How we work
- Every property has its own checklist.
- We confirm the scope of work and the price in writing before we start.
- We report a fault or damage to the owner as soon as we notice it, with photos.
- We do not pass keys or access details to third parties.
What we do not do
We do not advertise accommodation, set nightly rates or take bookings. That stays with the owner or the owner's agency. We look after the property and the guests who have already booked.
