Data deletion request

Ask us to delete, show or correct the data we hold about you. The request is free of charge.

Send a request

Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

We use it to find your data and to send our reply.

Optional. You do not have to give a reason.

What happens after the request

  1. We confirm receipt to the e-mail address you gave.
  2. If we cannot be sure the request comes from you, we will ask you to confirm it from the e-mail address you used to contact us.
  3. We reply within one month at the latest and tell you what we have deleted.

What we cannot delete

The law requires us to keep invoices and bookkeeping records for 11 years. We do not delete that data before the period ends, but we do not use it for anything else.
